Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you bring home. If something is not right, you may return most unused items within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Because our pieces are handmade, small variations in colour, finish and size are natural and are not defects.

To start a return, WhatsApp us on +91 88496 70805 or email team@houseoftaraasha.com with your order number. Once the item is received and checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
