Brass Urli for Diwali
An urli is the wide, shallow brass bowl that Indian homes fill with water, flowers and floating diyas at Diwali. These are handmade by artisans in India: soy wax poured straight into a small brass urli, 3 to 6 inches across, finished with pressed flowers or a lotus, mandala or bird design. Light it on the night; when the wax is gone, the urli holds flowers, rice or kumkum. Prices include GST, delivery anywhere in India takes 5 to 8 days and is free over Rs 999. Order by 30 Oct for delivery before Diwali.
